Another successful Mardi Gras Day on the books!! Started the day off as usual at Big Chief Monk Boudreaux’s house to join the annual march from Valence down to Second and Dryades. Big Chief and all the Golden Eagles new amazing suit’s were pretty pretty to say the least…..Stanton Moore, Johnny Sansone, Papa Mali, The Baby Doll’s and many others joined on the walk over, thankfully the weather held up for most of the day……Actually made it down to Frenchmen St. and caught a smokin hot set by the Panorama Jazz Band, a fantastic day!! Can’t wait for St. Josephs Day and Super Sunday this year which has been scheduled for Sunday March 20th .
