A few weeks ago I had the distinct pleasure of doing a shoot for Danny Burns while he was recording with George Porter Jr. and Mean Willie Green. They were recording over at a very cozy studio in the 9th ward called “House of 1000hz” run by sound Engineer Andrew Gilchrist. This was just a preliminary recording session and the cd will be out sometime later this year, something to really look forward too.
